How do I enter?

Find the raffle(s) you want to enter, answer the skill-based question and select how many entries/tickets you want, then checkout! It’s that simple to win luxury!

How do ticket sales support charity?

At Raforte we donate a percentage of each ticket sale to our charity partner…so not only are you in with the chance to win a luxury item, but for every ticket you purchase, you’re also helping the world to be a better place. See here for more details.


Q: What can I win?
A: Raforte loves all things luxury, therefore you can win luxury watches, cars, clothing, bags, holidays, and more! See here for our LIVE RAFFLES.

Q: Who can enter?
A: To enter any of our raffles/competitions you must be over the age of 18 and live in the UK.

Q: How much does it cost to enter a raffle?
A: Our raffles vary in price range from £5, £10, £15, £20, and £25.

Q: Can I purchase more than one ticket?
A: Yes, you can purchase multiple tickets. The more tickets you buy, the better your odds of winning.

Q: Are card payments secure?
A: Yes! We have our own Merchant account and use a third-party payment processor approved by Visa and MasterCard and authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). They process all payments through a server-to-server system which means that we never store or see your card details.

Q: What happens if all of the tickets aren’t sold by the competition end date?
A: The draw will take place no matter how many tickets are sold, and the luxury item will be awarded to the winner.

Q: When I enter into a raffle, how do I get my ticket/entry number?
A: When you enter into a raffle, you will receive a confirmation email which will contain details of the raffle you have entered, along with your unique entry number which will be used when we do the draw.

Q: What happens if I answer the skill-based question wrong?
A: If you answer the skill-based question wrong you won’t be entered into the raffle, but you can always try again if you get the answer wrong (we will let you know on your order confirmation email if you have been successfully entered into the raffle or not).

Q: How long is the duration of a raffle?
A: The duration of each raffle will vary depending on the raffle value, but we try to keep the duration as short as possible.
The raffle duration will be clearly displayed on the individual raffle page.

Q: Do you have a free entry route (postal)?
A: Yes, we have a free postal entry route for all of our raffles. For more information on this please see our terms & conditions.

Q: Where will I find my purchase history / previously entered raffles?
A: You can find these details in your account dashboard here.

Q: Can I enter more than one raffle at once?
A: Yes, you can enter as many raffles as you want.

Q: Can I withdraw my entry from a raffle after I have bought tickets?
A: No. Once you have purchased tickets/entry you cannot withdraw from the raffle.

Q: Will I receive an email confirmation once I have entered into a raffle?
A: Yes, you will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have checked out (please check your junk/spam if you can’t find it).

Q: How do I create my own raffle?
A: Follow the steps here to create a raffle.

Q: What fee does Raforte take?
A: Raforte takes a modest variable fee per raffle and donates a 1% of this fee to our charity partner, The Azaylia Foundation.

Q: How long does it take to get the funds once the raffle is complete?
A: You will receive the funds within 3-5 working days once Raforte has confirmed your bank details with you.

Q: Who decides the overall value of my raffle (prize value)?
A: Raforte decides the overall value of your raffle (ticket price multiplied by number of entries). We consider many factors such as market demand, raffle duration, price per ticket, condition of item, and more.

Q: Once the raffle is live, can I cancel my raffle?
A: Once a raffle is live you cannot cancel the raffle under any circumstances. This is because you would have accepted our “Final Key Prize Terms” which is legally binding.

Q: How do I become a verified raffle host?
A: To become a verified host, you need to click on CREATE A RAFFLE and the first step is to fill out your seller/personal information, which we will verify and then onboard you as seller.

Q: What are the benefits of listing/selling on Raforte?
A: Raforte allows you to get the best price for your luxury item, with no hassle, along with giving your business exposure to luxury enthusiasts.

Q: What happens if you reject my item after physical authentication?
A: If we reject your item after physical authentication, we will contact you to arrange delivery of the item back to you.

Q: What happens if you reject my item after digital authentication?
A: If we reject your item after digital authentication, we will send you an email confirming the reason we rejected the item and close the submission.

Q: What happens if I don’t have proof of purchase/proof of authenticity for the item I want to list?
A: At Raforte we pride ourselves on authenticity, credibility, and trust, so therefore if you don’t have proof of purchase/proof of authenticity, we will have to reject your raffle listing.

Q: Why do I need to provide detailed personal information if I want to create/host a raffle on Raforte?
A: We ask for detailed personal information if you want to create/host a raffle on Raforte due to the fact we verify all our hosts to make sure we have hosts we can trust.

Q: Can I list/host a raffle in my business name?
A: Yes, we love to partner with other luxury businesses and encourage you to list your luxury items on our website. It’s also great for your business as it gives you more exposure / another route to market!

Q: Can I donate proceeds to charity?
A: Yes you can! If you want to donate proceeds of the raffle charity then select the charity box in the “Create a raffle” section.

Q: What happens once my raffle ends?
A: Once your raffle ends, we will take care of the live draw & awarding the prize to the winner. We will transfer the funds to your bank account within 3-5 working days of the raffle ending.

Q: What type of condition / quality does the item that I want to list have to be in?
A: Raforte focuses on top quality luxury items, so we will only accept genuine and authentic items that are in very good condition or above.

Q: Can I create/host multiple raffles at once?
A: Yes, you can create/host as many raffles as you like.

Q: Can I enter into my own raffle?
A: No. You cannot enter into your own raffle as this goes against our T&C’s.

Q: How do I send my item to Raforte for physical authentication?
A: When we request for your item to be sent for physical authentication, we will also provide a recommended courier to use (insured) to send to us.
If your item is successfully listed on Raforte, we will reimburse you for the delivery cost to us.

Draw Process & Winner information

Q: How many winners are there?
A: There is only one winner.

Q: How will I know if I’ve won & what happens next?
A: The winner will be announced during our live draw. We will then contact the winner via email to notify them that they have won & also call their mobile number provided. We will then arrange deliver of the luxury item, and if it’s you, then it’s all yours to enjoy!

Q: How is the winner selected?
A: All of the ticket numbers go to one the world’s most used independent service specialising in conducting random draws called Random Picker, this is to ensure 100% trust & fairness in the draw.

Q: How will Raforte show the live draw?
A: Raforte will do a live video on Instagram for the live draw of each raffle.

Q: When will the live draw take place / how will I be made aware of it?
A: Once all tickets are sold / the raffle is closed, we will email all entrants to let them know the date & time of the live draw on our Instagram.

Q: What happens if I miss the live draw?
A: If you miss the live draw don’t worry! We will upload all of our draws to our YouTube page for you to view.

Q: How will I get my prize delivered to me?
A: We will arrange the suitable shipping method, or in special circumstances, our celebrity host will hand deliver the prize to you.

Q: What if I lose my log in details?
A: If you lose your login details, click on forgot login details on “My Account”.

Q: Do I have to create an account to enter a raffle?
A: To enter a raffle you need a Raforte account. You can create an account before checking out, or in the checkout page.

A: A skill-based question is used to test a user’s skills/knowledge of a specific subject. Only correct answers to our skill-based question are taken through to the draw.

Q: What does Raforte donate to charity?
A: Raforte has a charity partnership with The Azalyia Foundation. We donate a % of each ticket sale to charity. As well as our charity partnership, we actively encourage businesses, celebrities, and charities to host raffles on our platform in order to raise funds themselves.

Q: Does Raforte need a gambling licence?
A: Raforte doesn’t need a gambling license as Raforte abides by the ASA / CAP Code regulations in relation to raffles / competitions, which are classed as non-gambling. We ensure we strictly follow the guidelines at all times.
